$10K Studio

Privacy Policy

The Studio turns your story into videos and your channel into a business. That only works if you can trust us with your story. Here is exactly what we store, why, and how to get it removed. Last updated August 3, 2026.

What we collect, and why

Your account basics: name, email address, and your Stripe subscription status, so you can sign in and we know your membership is active.

What you type into the Studio: your story answers, life moments, voice settings, video ideas, transcripts you paste or upload, offers, goals, your city, and sales you log. This is the material the Studio uses to plan videos and briefs in your voice. It is yours, and it only powers YOUR account.

Your public channel data: the channel link you connect, plus public stats for your videos (titles, view counts, publish dates). We read what anyone can see on YouTube... no passwords, no channel permissions.

Audio and video you upload for transcription are deleted after the transcript is made. We keep the words, not the footage.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.

If you connect your Google Calendar

The connection is read-only. The Studio reads your upcoming events for one purpose: planning your daily brief and filming schedule around your real life.

We never edit, create, share, or delete calendar events, and calendar data is never used for advertising or sold to anyone.

You can disconnect anytime from the Studio, or from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and the stored connection is removed.

The $10K Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How the AI part works

When the Studio plans a video, writes titles, or builds your brief, your inputs (like a video idea or transcript) are processed by AI providers to generate your results. Those providers process the content to produce the output... your material is not used to train their public models under our agreements.

Your story answers and voice settings shape only your own results. Another member's Studio never sees your story.

Who can see your work

Your work is private to your account. Every table that holds member content is protected by row-level security, which means one member's session cannot read another member's rows. No member can see your memories, ideas, transcripts, offers, goals, or logged sales.

Your content is never used to train any shared or public model, and it is never used to generate anything for another member. It powers your account only.

We do not read member work as a matter of course. The one exception is a support request you start: to fix an account problem you have written in about, we may need to look at the specific thing that is broken. Being able to do that is the cost of being able to help you, and it is the only reason it happens.

We never use, sell, mine, or analyze your content for any purpose other than running your own account. No advertising profiles, no resale, no aggregate mining of what members write.

For clarity, because it matters more than a comforting sentence: we are the operators of this database, so administrative access technically exists, in the same way it does at every company that stores anything for you. What we are promising is what we do with it, which is nothing beyond running the Studio and answering the support tickets you send us.

Who else touches data

We run on a short list of processors, each doing one job: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email like your daily brief link), Google APIs (only if you connect your calendar), and AI providers for generation.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not share your information with anyone outside that list.

Your controls

Everything you have entered is editable inside the Studio: story answers, offers, goals, sales logs, calendar connection.

Want your account and its data deleted? Email us and it will be handled: support@theblogabroad.com. We keep what the law requires us to keep (like payment records), and remove the rest.
