Terms of Service

The $10K Studio is a paid membership: software, frameworks, and coaching resources that help you turn your YouTube channel into a business. Your subscription gives you access to the member dashboard, courses, live calls, and everything else included in your plan while your membership is active.

You need to be at least 18 to join, and your account is yours alone... one person per membership. Keep your login to yourself.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the schedule you chose (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges... you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds: you get everything the moment you pay, so payments already made stay made, on both plans. If you're still deciding, start monthly and upgrade to annual when you're sure... the upgrade credits what you've already paid this month.

Members can pause their subscription for 30 days once per year from Settings: billing stops, your work stays saved, and everything picks up where you left off.

If a payment fails and cannot be collected, access is suspended until billing is resolved. Your work stays saved either way.

Everything you put into the Studio (your story answers, ideas, transcripts, offers, sales logs) belongs to you. You give us permission to process it for one purpose: powering your own account, like generating your video plans and daily briefs.

You can edit or delete your material inside the Studio, and you can request full account deletion anytime. How data is handled lives on the privacy page.

The frameworks, courses, masterclasses, briefs, and software in the Studio are for active members. Use them for your own channel and business as much as you want... that is the whole point.

What is not okay: sharing your login, reselling or redistributing member content, or copying the material to build a competing product.

The name is the goal, not a promise. The Studio gives you tools, structure, and coaching that have worked for Glo and for members... but your results depend on your effort, your consistency, your niche, and things nobody controls, like the YouTube algorithm.

Nothing in the Studio is financial, legal, or tax advice. Revenue examples and member results are real but not typical, and past results do not guarantee yours.

Do not use the Studio to break the law, harm others, spam, or attempt to breach or overload our systems. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If that ever happens, we will tell you why.

We work hard to keep the Studio fast, available, and improving... new features ship constantly. But software is software: we provide the service as-is and cannot promise it will never have downtime or bugs.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will let you know by email or inside the Studio before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Studio after that means you accept the update.
