Billing
Cancel, pause or upgrade anytime from Settings inside the Studio. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access to the end of what you paid for.
You get everything the moment you pay, so payments already made stay made. Still deciding? Start monthly and upgrade to annual when you're sure.

Logging in
The login page opens on the Password tab. If you never set one, use the magic link tab and check your spam folder for the email.
Still locked out? Email us from the address you joined with and we'll get you in.
Something's off inside the Studio
Tap the ? in the top bar of your dashboard and tell us what happened. It lands with the support desk and Glo, and you'll hear back within a day.
